Strength and Sculpt Workout/ full body workout/low Impact

This is a Full Body workout to strengthen and sculpt your body from head to toe! Each exercise is 40 seconds in length followed by a 10 second rest. You will need a light to medium weight set of dumbbells for this workout. Remember to SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL AND HIT THE LIKE BUTTON 👍 Exercises are as follows: 1. Side lunge and curl 2. Plank rows 3. Russian twists 4. Hammer curl, squat, press 5. Walkout to press 6. Plank DB pass 7. Crunch and press 8. Staggered RDL 9. Staggered RDL opposite side 10. Calf raise and Tricep Extension 11. Row to Tricep kickback 12. Row to Tricep kickback opposite side 13. Cross crunch right 14. Cross crunch left.
