This workout is low impact. The exercises in this workout will definitely get your heart rate elevated to burn lots of calories! I tracked 3,580 steps in this workout and burned 250 calories. 10 Min Lower Body Toning Workout - Sculpt, Shape, Tone | LSfitness.org
A dynamic workout that will get all the "problem " spots of your lower body toned. You can do this workout at home without any equipment. Please visit my website for more training & tips! https://lsfitness.org/ All exercises are performed standing. There are 10 exercises that are 45 seconds in length each. Exercises are as follows: 1. Side squat to curtsey 2. Side squat to Curtsey opposite side 3. Side squat to leg lift 4. Side squat to leg lift opposite side 5. Lunges 6. Squats 7. Plies to calf raise 8. Hamstring curls 9. Side lunge knee up 10.
