This is a highly effective pilates workout for weight loss without any high impact exercises. All exercises are low impact and easy on your joints. Exercises are as follows: 1. Walkout to squat pulses 2. Plank Rotations 3. Plank tap outs 4. Slow mountain Climbers 5. Plank shoulder taps 6. Plank leg lifts 7. Plank leg lifts opposite side 8. Donkey kicks 9. Donkey kicks opposite side 10. Bent leg raise 11. Bent leg raise opposite side 12. Kneeling push ups 13. Hip raises 14. Hip raises with knee squeeze 15. Bridge hold 16. Double leg hug 17. Leg drop 18. Leg drop opposite side 19. Cross crunch 20.
