10 Min Upper Body Toning Workout - Sculpt, Shape, Tone [Weights Are Optional] | LSfitness.org

10 Min Upper Body Toning Workout. In this workout we will target the muscles of the upper body to tone and sculpt the arms, shoulders, chest and back. Please visit my website for more training & tips! https://lsfitness.org/ There are 12 different exercises in this workout. Each exercise is 45 seconds in length. Remember to only use weights that don't cause any strain and that you are able to use proper form with, as this will prevent injury. Proper form is more important in building muscle than heavy weights are... it's all about the range of motion. Exercises are as follows: 1. Bicep curl to press 2. Shoulder circles 3. Press to Tricep kickback 4. Tricep kickback 5. Flyes 6. Kneeling push ups 7. Plank shoulder taps 8. Row to Tricep kickback 9. Row to Tricep kickback opposite side 10. Chest press 11. Flyes 12.
