20 Min "Full Body HIIT Workout" - Get Stronger! - No Equipment - No Repeat | LSfitness.org

Hi, my name is Lisa Stevens and I'm a certified fitness instructor and health coach. In this video, I am going to show you a 20 min full body HIIT Workout highly effective to burn fat, calories, and increase your cardiovascular endurance. Each exercise is 40 seconds long followed by a 15 second rest period. Exercises are as follows: 1. Burpees 2. Run 3. Lunge 4. Lunge (opposite side) 5. Crab toe touches 6. Mountain Climbers 7. 2 Push-ups to 4 plank Jack's 8. Skaters 9. Jump Rope 10. 2 squats to 1 jump squat 11. Repeaters 12. Repeaters (opposite side) 13. Squat and knee to Elbow 14.
