Upper Back Strengthening Workout

This workout will strengthen and tone your upper back. There are 2 rounds of 8 different exercises we will perform. Each exercise is 40 seconds in length. I use a light pair of dumbbells for part of this workout, but the weights are optional. Exercises are as follows: 1. Kneeling plank rows 2. Kneeling front to side raise 3. Kneeling front to side raise other side 4. Plank shoulder taps 5. Back Extensions 6. Back squeezes 7. Half Circles 8. Drop down Push-up to Superwoman
