Pilates Workout to Tone Legs and Glutes - Lower Body Pilates | LSfitness.org

This Pilates style workout was designed to help tone the trouble spots of your legs and glutes. Please visit my website for more training & tips! https://lsfitness.org/ There are 16 different exercises in this workout that are 49 seconds each in length. Exercises are as follows: 1. Squat and leg lift 2. Squat and leg lift opposite side 3. Hamstring curls 4. Leg lift 5. Rainbow 6. Hamstring curls opposite side 7. Leg lift opposite side 8. Rainbow opposite side 9. Knee to knee 10. Tap front and back 11. Clam Shell 12. Leg lift to abduction 13. Knee to knee 14. Tap front and back 15. Clam Shell 16.
