Arm Toning Workout. Quick and effective. #homeworkout #armtoningworkout

This quick arm toning workout will get your arms toned and sculpted. All you will need is a light pair of hand held weights, I recommend anywhere from 3-7 pounds. Exercises are as follows: 1. Front to side raise 2. Pull downs 3. Chest squeeze 4. Bicep curl to hammer curl 5. Row to Tricep kickback 6. Row to Tricep kickback opposite side 7. Quick pull downs 8.
