This workout is a low impact cardio workout that incorporates moves to tone your abs and hand held weights to tone the upper body. Using light weights during cardio will also raise the heart rate higher than cardio alone, which results in more calories and fat being burned. I recommend using 2-4 pound weights for this workout just for the added resistance.
