This is a no jumping HIIT Workout. I have designed this workout into 3 different circuits. Each circuit has 5 exercises. The exercises are cardio, toning/strength, then an abdominal exercise. Front raise to side raise 5. Bicycles Circuit 3 1. Step backs with flyes 2. Knee taps 3. Fast squats 4. Row, Tricep kickback, deadlift 5.
